How we work
Three stages, the same for every product. Each has a fixed scope, a written output, and a point where you can stop. Targets are agreed per client, in writing, before the pilot starts.

We look at the one system the product is for and write an assessment: architecture, data-handling plan, pilot scope, and the numbers the pilot will be judged on. You can stop here and keep it.

One product, your data
One product, one workflow, your real data, in an isolated Google Cloud project. We build the evaluation set from your real questions and documents and report against the numbers agreed in Discovery.

Rollout and handover
Rollout to the users who need it, access rules mapped from your directory, monitoring and an audit trail, training for the people who approve. Then a support agreement with named contacts.

Questions buyers ask
What does a pilot cost and how long is it?
A fixed price and a fixed scope, agreed in writing at the end of Discovery once we have seen the system and the data. Discovery itself is short and fixed-price. You can stop after either stage and keep the written outputs.
Do we need our own Google Cloud account?
No. Each product runs in a Google Cloud project we operate for you, or inside your own Google Cloud organisation if you prefer to own the project and the billing. On your side you need somewhere to run a small connector and outbound HTTPS.
Which AI models, and is our data used for training?
Gemini models on Vertex AI. Google Cloud's published data-use terms for Vertex AI do not allow Google to train its models on your prompts or documents without your permission, and we do not give that permission. We do not train on client data either.
The model behind a task can change as models improve. The evaluation set tells us whether the change is better, and you are told when it happens.
Is TechnoMeta a registered business in Pakistan?
Yes. TechnoMeta is a sole proprietorship, FBR-registered for income and sales tax since 2020, and certified by the Pakistan Software Export Board. Its principal activity on record is computer software services.
